This was one of the most memorable dining experiences of my trip to Japan.
The Kobe Beef Sushi Selection was outstanding. Each piece had its own texture and level of marbling, allowing us to appreciate the different characteristics of Kobe beef. The meat was incredibly tender, rich, and literally melted in the mouth without feeling overly heavy.
We also ordered the Roast Beef Rice Box, which was beautifully presented and perfectly balanced. The beef was cooked with precision, remaining juicy and flavorful, while the rice, caramelized onions, and tamagoyaki complemented it perfectly. Every ingredient felt carefully selected and prepared.
As someone who enjoys cooking, I truly appreciated the quality of the beef and the attention to detail in every dish. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the overall experience felt authentic rather than touristy.
If you’re visiting Osaka and want to experience Kobe beef without ordering the most expensive steak, this is an excellent choice. I would gladly come back on my next trip to Japan.
