I'm from NYC, and I don't say this lightly:
This was the best meal I've had in my entire life and it's not even close...coming from a place where I expect the highest quality food and then eating this? Exceeded all expectations.
Chef Ishikawa reigned supreme at his station and if/when I return to Japan it will be here for him and this food.
