I’m so glad I waited until Japan to try my first-ever Kobe beef. It was exquisite! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles from the Chefs. Sunita was very friendly and made me feel at home. Since I was travelling alone, I really appreciated the company. Chef Hiraishi made my experience very memorable. He talked me through everything, made suggestions on how to pair the meat, the vegetables, and my rice. I’m glad I also got to briefly meet Takada, who’d been working in the back supporting to ensure quality beef was served. Overall an amazing experience, and I’m already looking forward to my next teppanyaki 😋
