Hiraishi-San is a master of his craft. He helped prepare the silver set - our first time having Kobe. It was an incredible experience, - the food was amazing, the service was world class - he helped us learn each cut and which sauces pair with which dishes. He matched our pace of eating and everything was beyond words! This was a great place to try Kobe! They also have other à la carte items that are a better fit for a tight budget and Hiraishi speaks English fluently! 10/10, would recommend.
