Пробовали первый раз Кобе , после выбора мяса (советую брать премиум,сильно отличается от обычного Кобе, хотя и он хорош , реально тает во рту как все и говорили ), показывают всю продукцию , после готовят по кусочкам каждую вырезку ( про степень прожарки тоже спросят) и дают советы с чем пробовать в первую очередь ( даются разные начинки). Короч очень круто,вкусно ,был шеф-повар ISHIKAVA , респект мужику , 25+ лет готовит вкуснейшее мясо ! Денег не жалко )
