We came across this Kobe beef teppanyaki restaurant by chance in the morning while we were out exploring. In the evening, we decided to come back and try our luck — even without a reservation, we were pleasantly surprised that we could walk in.
We ordered two cuts of Kobe beef: one sirloin and one rare cut. Personally, I preferred the sirloin much more. It was very juicy, with a perfect balance of lean meat and fat, and the texture was exactly what I enjoy in a good steak. The rare cut was interesting to try, but the sirloin clearly stood out in terms of flavour and overall satisfaction.
What I really like about this place is that they offer a wide variety of Kobe beef cuts, so it’s a great spot if you’d like to explore and compare different parts.
The chef who served us was Yuburaj.
Overall, a very nice and easy-going Kobe beef teppanyaki experience.
Highly recommend trying the sirloin — it’s a safe and delicious choice. 🥩
