We had dinner at this restaurant that was recommended to us by our hotel to taste the real meat. Our chef Sunita accompanied us during this culinary experience impeccably providing us with all the necessary information on how to proceed in the tasting path. We chose the cut recommended by the house and it was truly sublime. In addition to the meat, the dinner included an accompaniment with side dishes of vegetables and wasabi, miso and marinated garlic. A fantastic experience I recommend it to anyone who wants to try the real Kobe in Osaka.
