I am here in Osaka with my son. He looked at me and said, “We cannot come to Osaka and not try Kobe beef.” So here we are. Chef Sunita from Nepal prepared what I can only describe as the finest beef I have ever tasted. The beef melted in my mouth. I am not exaggerating. It was tender, delicate, and naturally sweet in that elegant Japanese way. It needed no effort to chew. The flavour was balanced, not overpowered by seasoning, just honest beef done right. Chef Sunita made it with calm confidence. No noise, no drama, just pure focus. You could tell she respects the food and understands it. She made it look easy, but the result was extraordinary. It was a memory. And as a father, sitting there watching my son take it all in, I knew we had done something right today. Osaka has fed both our stomachs and our spirit.
