We chose to stop over for the lunch menu and picked the “today’s rare” cut. We were served by a wonderfully attentive chef named Sunita who guided us through every step of the Kobe beef preparation. The experience felt personal and unhurried, with each course introduced in detail and cooked right in front of us on the teppan. The meat itself was exceptional – rich, tender, and full of flavor, exactly what you hope for when coming to Osaka for Kobe beef. The side dishes were well balanced, and the pacing of the menu made the whole lunch feel like a curated tasting rather than a quick meal. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a genuine Kobe beef experience in a relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely return on our next visit to Osaka.
