What an amazing experience! We had the wonderful chef Momo and she not only meticulously prepared the most delicious meal but she also explained in detail each cut of beef and the various ways of how best to enjoy it. Even our 2 sons who are notorious for being fussy eaters tried and enjoyed every element! The salad, fried rice, soup and desserts were the perfect accents and finishing touches to this phenomenal eating experience. Was it expensive? I’d be lying if I didn’t say my soul left my body for a short moment when we received the final bill and realised we had just spent the equivalent of our accommodation for the entire week in one meal! But was it worth it? Absolutely and would most definitely come back for the experience again when we return to Japan!
