We have been very satisfied with our chef, Maeda san, courteous service. Apart from his terrific cooking skills, he was very passionate to inform us how to enjoy the beef in its best taste by introducing the condiments to us. I hope to come back and meet him again. Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend to make a reservation and request Chef Maeda to cook for you! :)
