Chef was super friendly and skillful in his work. Speaks conversational english which made the ordering process etc really smooth.
Food was delicious. This was my first time trying Kobe, and we tried the cheaper cut, red meat tender, and the mid cut, Sirloin. Both had great texture and flavour but the Sirloin definitely was the better choice!
