We got the #1 recommended sirloin and it was the perfect richness and melt in your mouth texture. The sauces were a nice variety with not only salt, soy sauce, garlic, and fresh wasabi, but also one of my favorites, the beef sauce. Chef Maeda was very professional and the service was great. The only downside was the beef was on the pricier side, with not a large variety of beef types (from what we saw). Other than that, for what it is, it was pretty darn good!
