Amazing beef. Very different from American wagyu. So flavorful that you hardly need to add salt for any of the meats. Of course, adding wasabi or garlic or honestly any of the toppings provided only enhances the flavors.
Service was beyond great. Chef Ishikawa was very polite and a fun host. He cooked the wagyu perfectly and provided spot on recommendations for the meat doneness and what toppings to pair with them. The other staff members were all so polite and helpful as well.
The seating is quite intimate with around 8 seats in the whole restaurant, but each seat is plenty spacious. Seats may fill up, but our party was luckily able to walk in and get seated around 2pm.
