My family was attracted by the sign at the door and decided to have lunch here. The teppanyaki Kobe beef steak was expensive and did not quite meet expectations. The meat was comparable to a standard Angus cut, with uneven fat distribution that did not fully render and some chewy silverskin. The service, however, was attentive and professional. Overall the "Kobe Beef" experience did not align with my expectation.
