What an experience, you get dinner and a show, quite literally!
Due to my weird schedule I walked in at 5pm right as they opened and I was sat without a reservation. Restaurant was empty which means I had the privilege of the master chef performing his art just for me.
Staff were dedicated and looked after me, I picked the umm 3rd kobe beef to discover super soft beef sashimi with wasabi and soy sauce exists and is utterly incredible. Also had the garlic rice which involved an unexpected level of artistry, filling the air with a wonderful garlic aroma.
Also turns out you can get 300ml of sake for 900 yen, which I found to be quite a lot, so the staff gave me the bottle with what was left, which I shall keep as a memento of the experience!
