The Kobe beef filet was really good—perfectly cooked medium-rare with a nice sear and a juicy, tender center. The texture was soft but still had a good bite, and the flavor was rich without being greasy.
I also liked the vibe of the place—the music was modern and stylish, and the staff were friendly and easygoing.
