The Kobe beef here was absolutely outstanding—easily one of the best meals we had in Japan. The quality of the meat was exceptional, incredibly tender with rich flavor that just melts in your mouth. You can really taste the difference in the cut and preparation.
Service was just as impressive. T. Kabuchi took great care of us throughout the meal, making sure everything was perfectly timed and explaining each dish in a way that elevated the entire experience. Attentive without being overbearing, which we really appreciated.
