Definitely NOT Kobe beef. Got the set with Kobe beef ramen, Kobe beef sushi, and stewed Kobe beef. None of the meat that we received were tender. The Kobe beef sushi was so chewy and tough that I had to spit it out because it was impossible to chew. Ramen was mediocre as well. I would have been more satisfied with instant cup ramen.
Spend your money elsewhere instead of this falsely advertised restaurant. Worst meal I've had in Japan.
