First time I’ve ever had Beef Ramen. Pretty good! But a much simpler flavor profile (salt broth or soy sauce broth) compared to Tonkotsu. Which some may either like or dislike because of its simplicity. But I liked it a lot. Staff is very friendly and helpful, which is just as important as the food. Definitely give it a try if you’re in Kobe and want to try a different take on Ramen
