Flavourful beef broth ramen. Had both the salt and the soy sauce flavours that were good in their way. The soy sauce flavours was much more savoury and fragrant while the salt flavour was cleaner and beefier by comparison.
Found the sukiyaki and the tendon toppings a bit too sweet; making the ramen too rich /intense after a few bites.
