Saw this on YouTube so wanted to give it a try. I regret splurging for the expensive set (my fault for going to a ramen place for steak) as the steak was fatty but not in a good melt-in-your-mouth and juicy way, and there was no sear (Maybe pale and lukewarm is just how the steak was meant to be served but it’s not to my personal taste). The beef sushi also wasn’t raw like shown in the pictures and was chewy. Ramen was decent. If you want to try this place I’d stick to the cheap set and save your kobe beef $$ for a good teppanyaki joint
