During my initial visit to Kobe, I was eager to savor the renowned Kobe Beef and followed @PaolofromTokyo's suggestion to try Kobe Beef Ramen Yazawa as my first dining experience. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. The beef slices were scarce, and they only serve Shio Ramen. I thought they serve two types of beef broth. Contrary to Paolo's review claiming a melt-in-the-mouth experience, the Kobe beef sushi was disappointingly chewy. I recommend those seeking Kobe Beef Ramen to explore other local spots, especially those with queues, indicating quality. Ramen Yazawa seems overrated and comes at a high price. Just my two cents. Apologies, Paolo; perhaps they praised you for a positive review.
