細いけれどコシのある麺、牛の旨みを感じるスープ。普通に美味しいけど、普通。
薄切りレアステーキ丼は肉が薄すぎて肉感がほぼないです。味はいい。枚数半分でいいので厚さを2倍にして欲しいです。
丼のソースが醤油に山わさびの漬か何かが入っているのかな？あまり好みではなかったです。
