観光で神戸牛を気軽に食べられるお店を探していたところこのお店をしりました。
塩ラーメンは神戸牛3種盛りのセットで販売されていて、ふた口くらいのライスがついて1300円でした。
塩ラーメンは想像する塩ラーメンとはかけ離れていてかなりクリーミーな感じで、フライドオニオンの香ばしさと甘みでスープとしての完成度がものすごく高かったです。
麺の香りの主張が強かったので個人的にはもう少しクセの少ない麺にした方がスープを邪魔せず最後まで楽しめるかなと思いました。
150円で替え玉もあるので、替え玉を頼むのと同時にスープに肉味噌（3種盛りのうちのひとつ）を入れました。
スープの味に想像するほど大きな変化は無いのですが、少し変わった香りで替え玉分も楽しむことができました。
メニューのラインナップをみると、地元の方の普段使いのリピート店というよりは観光客や時々くる地元のお客さまをターゲットにしているように見受けられましたが、他も繊細で完成度の高いメニューだと思われますので一度は行く価値があると思います。
また行きたいです。
