スープをレンゲですくうとトロッとクリーミー。
ポタージュのような濃厚さを持ちながら以外にアッサリ。
スープメインのためか麺は細麺で少し物足りなさもありました。
付け合わせは味付けされたローストビーフのような物、佃煮のような物、肉味噌のような物で構成されており、肉味噌はラーメンに入れて食べるようにとの事。
しっかり味変できてこれは良き。
ミニご飯にも肉が乗っており、わさびで食べさせサッパリと。
美味しかったです。
