土日の開店直後に来店。行列は無かったがすぐに店内が満員になった。店のなかには矢沢のバラード、、、店長の矢沢愛が感じられる。
店員さんのおもてなしもバッチリ。綺麗な方だった。ホテルのコンシェルジュのような格好で、清潔感があって好印象。
注文後、ほどなくして出てくる料理。待たせないのも良い。醤油を食した。和食風味。うまい。柑橘の隠し味も醤油と絶妙にマッチしている。
でももう少しパンチが欲しかった。。。らーめんと謳うからには、肉と拉麺の融合が見たかった。料金と拉麺の味には満足。もう少し量があってもよかったと思うが、そこは人それぞれだろう。
自分の中では、西宮の松阪牛麺さんがベストなのは変わらない。でもそれに次ぐ美味しいラーメンだと思った。神戸では一押しかな。他も巡ったあと、再訪してみたい。
