それを神戸牛で作ったという事で以前より気になるお店であり
また、何故か気が乗らず伺わなかったお店でもあります。
この日はようやく行ってみるかなという気になり訪問。
混雑は嫌なので12時より少し早めに伺いましたが拍子抜けの
3組4名のみの店内。
着席しメニューを見ながら
塩か醤油かでまだ悩みましたが 塩で。
そしてレアステーキ丼とセットになるYセットにしました。
特に説明もなかったので丼とラーメンの間の醤油っぽいものは
一体何に使うものか考えましたが、丼ですね。
ラーメンのスープはとてもクリーミー。
牛骨のイメージというより私にとってはミルクのイメージ。
牛骨のしっかりしたイメージを持っていただけに少し残念。
