The irony is that the sign in the door says "Japan service quality," but the service will feel decidedly un-Japanese. The owner/one dude who works the whole restaurant is gruff, stone-faced, and a bit impatient.
However, the ramen, which comes with A1 grade Kobe beef, was decently good. Not so good that it warrants a trip just for this place, but good enough that you can't go wrong.
