I am a very simple person and not necessarily the biggest "knower" of beef and cuts etc. However from the welcome to the explanation of the cuts and meat etc everything was great! The meat was amazing, I get the hype. The team really went above and beyond to help us with service and were patient as I was trying my few phrases in Japanese (thanks Matubara!)
