We were served by Kumate who talked us through all the different cuts and flavours of Kobe beef along with a diagram. Then he showed us the physical sizes of the steak sizes. Finally he talked us through the sauces and his personal recommendations which we all found to be spot on.
Would highly recommend spending more and sitting down rather than a skewer on a street, also all A5 quality!
