We were very disappointed with our dining experience.
The prices were extremely high—we spent over ¥80,000 for just two children to dine, so we naturally expected exceptional food and service. Unfortunately, the service was very poor.
While other tables were already being served their meals, our table was left waiting for a long time. By the time our wagyu finally arrived, it was no longer hot. The beef had cooled down, which significantly affected the texture and overall dining experience. For a restaurant serving premium A5 Wagyu at this price point, this level of service and food quality is simply unacceptable.
We expected much better. Sadly, the experience did not justify the price, and we would not recommend this restaurant.
