I hate to post negative reviews about small businesses but my table of 9 was very disappointed.....we wanted to try the famous Kobe Beef in Kobe and while we were told the beef we'd select was "tough" what should've been said is it was chewy to the point where you'd be swallowing entire chunks of meat that couldn't be chewed. the sirloin cut was really good but the "red meat" which we got 5 plates of simply should be removed from the menu entirely. it is tarnishing the great japanese kobe beef name. as an american i've never eaten steak like that in any restaurant nor when buying from a grocery store.
the rest of the food was great though, salad, sushi, soup
