Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und am Tisch platziert. Merkten aber relativ schnell, dass es seeehr kalt war. Meine Frau friert eher schnell, bei mir kann es auch schon einmal etwas kühler sein bevor ich anfange zu frieren. Wir baten die Bedienung die Klimaanlage doch etwas wärmer einzustellen. Leider wurde sie lediglich in der Intensität gedrosselt, aber wärmer wurde es dadurch nicht! Auch die Musik war mir für das Ambiente, was vermittelt werden sollte, eher etwas zu laut.
Als unser bestelltes Wagyu -Beef dann kam waren wir hellauf begeistert, leider wurde es durch die Temperatur des Raumes und auch bedingt dadurch, dass der Teller nicht vorgewärmt war, auch sehr schnell kalt. Konsistenz und Geschmack hingegen waren fabelhaft und sind nur zu empfehlen.

Ich würde mir für die Zukunft wünschen, dass man die Räumlichkeiten auf ein "normales" Maß an Temperatur optimiert und die Lautstärke der Musik auch der Lokalität entsprechend anpasst.
