小濱さんにオープン後、初めてのコース客として焼いていただきました。私にとっても初めての神戸牛、色々解説していただきながら楽しい時間を過ごしました!イタリアンにルーツがあるようですが、和、というか素材の味をふんだんに生かした料理もすごく美味しくて大切な思い出時間になりました!
強いて言えば、近畿地方のお酒の種類がもっとあったら楽しいかも…!(ワイン、日本酒どちらも…!)なんて思った次第です!
