Made a reservation in advance on their website after a local friend’s recommendation and was initially hesitant due to the price, but it’s definitely worth a visit if it’s within budget. Spent around ¥16,000 per person. Ordered 1 sukiyaki pot (to share between 2) and then added 80g sirloin steak with 2 beef sushi (raw).
Very high quality beef, wonderfully cooked, and the vegetables in the sukiyaki balance out the meal nicely.
The dining experience is quite intimate as you have a private room with a curtain divider from other rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and there is an English menu with tips on how to best savour the beef, which elevated the experience.
