お昼のランチ2900円を電話予約して行きました。
電話にて予約し希望日時を伝えると女性スタッフから、前時間に団体客が居ますので14時半からでしたら予約可能ですと案内あり。
お店の前にて5分前電話が掛かってきました。「もう14時半でラストオーダーのお時間です。これ以上はもう無理ですねぇ〜。作業員の休み時間など夕方の準備などありますので。」と強い口調で言われ、店の前ですが申し訳ないけど今回は大丈夫です。と伝えました。
流石にスタッフの休憩〜...などと言われたら気持ちよく食事ができません。
しかし、店の前だったら店のドアあけてますし今入ってきてください。コースの準備もしてあるのでと来店するよう何度も強く言われ伺いました。こんなにも言われて全く味しませんでした。行ったのが失敗でした。
当日電話口の男性の方から店に入ってから方言が気になられたのか、どちらの方ですか?宮崎?九州?など急に態度が変わり本当に話もしたくありませんでした。こんなにストレスをかけられ食事したのは初めてです。
個室に通され入ると中の厨房が見え、調理スタッフからも視線を感じました。食事中にも個室の部屋を開け、何も言わずに閉めたりと、、気分良くなかったです。
まだ隣のお客さんは食事中でしたがトイレも行けず、早く食べ、店を出ました。
けして安くない料金だと思います。この件がなくても値段の割にコース内容は正直もっと他にあるなと感じました。もっと飲食店のスタッフの対応やお料理のコストパフォーマンスが良いところは2900円で沢山あります。
神戸牛はカットのお肉5切れと全然食べログとインスタの写真と違う...レアの部分も少なく、切れ端...?ラストオーダー過ぎていたから?
かなりショックでした。このようなお店にあたるのは久しぶりでした。
今回、聞き間違いだったのかも知れませんが、このような対応でとても残念でした。
グループ店も気になるお店もあり訪問を楽しみにしていましたが一生行くことはありません。
