We made a reservation specifically for a Kobe beef tasting menu advertised as 9 courses. In the end, we were served only 4 courses, with very small portions — the largest piece of beef was around 70g. For approximately €100 per person, this felt clearly overpriced and not in line with what was promised.
In addition, the staff actively tried to sell us the most expensive alcohol options, while the sake that was supposed to be included in the menu was never offered unless we explicitly asked for it.
Finally, despite a supposedly semi-private setting, the experience was disappointing due to a very loud family seated next to us, which completely ruined the atmosphere.
Overall, a poor experience that did not meet expectations, neither in terms of value for money nor service.
