味は、テールスープの感じで、はじめは薄味かな？って思ってましたが、下の方は辛いくらい濃いかったので、食される方は、下からよく混ぜて食べたほうが良いと思います。
修学旅行生が入ってきて大きなカバンでぶつかられ謝りもしなかったのでその後は、あまり気分良く食事が出来なかった。のか残念です。
ご飯の上には、ちょっとピリ辛味噌味のようなものがのっていました。
