醤油と迷いましたが、店頭で決めていた牛骨の塩ラーメンにしました😁
とろっとしたコンソメスープみたいなスープに軟骨チャーシューが合わさって、あっさりながらとても美味しい。
麺は博多ラーメンみたいな細い麺だったのが、少し残念ではあったものの、スルスルと完食してしまいました🤗
店内明るくて、お兄さんの接客も高級店ばりに丁寧です。周囲のお店に比べて空いているのは、何でかな？（外から店内が丸見え過ぎるからかも）
