Non sono un appassionato di carne, per cui ho scelto uno dei tagli da 80g, giusto per provarla. Temevo di uscire dal locale ancora affamato, ma così non è stato: insieme alla carne mi è stato portato del riso, una zuppa fredda di carote e un'insalata; la carne è accompagnata da verdure e tofu preparati alla piastra.
