Saira was very good, the wasabi and soy sauce with perfectly cooked Kobe beef was a great combo

Saira was our chef and she was amazing!!! The food was excellent, and her recommendations definitely helped make the most of the meal (she was super nice too, the customer service was excellent). Loved the experience and would recommend to anyone interested in trying out some Kobe beef.

Nice chill atmosphere, great service, and great food. If you're afraid of gaminess from meat, try the rare cut of the current day. Even then, the basic cuts of meat have barely any gaminess to it. Worth a try!

Good dining experience with chef KaJi in Japan.

It was my first time in Japan to enjoy Kobe beef. First time in Koujyu, and I was greeted with friendly, amazing service from Kaji-san. The cooking performance is breathtaking for the first time. Highly recommend.
