Chef Saira has done a great job for making my family felt at home. The quality of the beef was superb and well done by Chef Saira, me and my family truly enjoyed ourselves in this well known establishment in Kobe. I was served by Chef Saira. She was kind and friendly and provided hospitable service and advice on how to pair our Kobe Beef with the toppings to experience a world of flavours! Overall, it’s a great experience and one should give this place a visit when you’re in Kobe. The Kobe Beef melts in your tongue and pairs well with wasabi and salt (my personal preference).

First time having Kobe Beef and this was a lovely experience, Saira was very professional, welcoming and we have her to thank for such a memorable experience.
