When we walked in we were greeted by Chef Giri ギりand she was amazing. Very friendly and professional with her job, she was confident with her knife skills and the food was delicious. She was very clear with the suggestions on how to eat the meat and I was very appreciative of her kindness towards me not knowing what to do. The meat was cooked just as wanted. Great experience!!!
