We had a great steak at Kobe Beef Kojyu.
We opted for the Prime Kobe Beef, Today's Rare Part.
Our chef, Saira, cooked it to perfectly medium rare in front of us, along with giving great recommendations for how to pair the steak with the different condiments we were given.
I'm very happy to say we've tried Genuine Kobe Beef while in Kobe.
I recommend this restaurant as a great place to do so, at an affordable price point.
