We were surprised at the quality of the meat. We got the extra $29 package which included some very chewy roast beef and two 2cm pieces of a nice stew. The actual pieces of kobe beef we ordered were nice but we come from Australia where you can buy a nice cut from Coles supermarket and it will be just as good, if not a lot more tender. The soup was fairly flavour free and the little salad was just a salad. The atmosphere was average. Not many of the staff smiled. The room needed a good clean and possibly a little update. Overall, we felt pretty underwhelmed and that they were probably taking the piss with the price.
