The restaurant is a bit hidden and can only be accessed via an elevator that takes you directly to the space on the second floor. The interior is small, but this creates a calm and intimate atmosphere where you can fully focus on the culinary experience.
The Kobe beef was tender, perfectly prepared, and absolutely unforgettable – a true highlight in terms of flavor and texture. I especially loved that even the soup included small pieces of Kobe beef, and that the vegetables were sautéed in Kobe beef fat, adding an extra layer of depth to the flavors.
I'm already looking forward to coming back someday!
