Our first time experiencing Kobe Beef and the whole experience was wonderful.
We were greeted by an empty restaurant but another table was quickly occupied. Some classic jazz music set the atmosphere as a very kind lady prepared a table for us.
We received a short lesson into the anatomy of the cow in order to best chose the cut we wanted. We chose a 3-piece sushi along with 2 lunch sets.
Food was wonderful, wine was the same and as a bonus we received some origami at the end.
