Chef Suzue is very nice. The food is delicious, and the waiters are extremely welcoming. They speak english and there is an english menu as well. We did not have a reservation and only had to wait for 2 minutes before we could enter the restaurant, so it was very quick. If I come back to Kobe I will definitely come back to this restaurant. I strongly recommend :)
