友人4人と神戸旅行中にランチコースを予約して伺いました。予約時間よりだいぶ早く着いてしまいましたが、快く迎えて下さいました。
高級感のある雰囲気に少々緊張してしまいましたが、シェフの日野上さんとその奥様の気さくなお人柄、楽しいトークにすっかり緊張もほぐれました。
目の前の鉄板で焼かれた初めて食べる神戸牛の美味しさにみんな感動!添えられたわさびがさらに美味しさを引き立てます。神戸牛のたたき、炙り寿司と、どれも美味しかったですが、個人的にはビーフシチューがとても美味しいかったです!
店内も清潔感があり、最後はお店の外までお見送りして頂いて、最初から最後まで気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。
楽しかった神戸旅行の良い思い出の1日となりました。
また神戸に行く機会がありましたら是非伺いたいです。ご馳走様でした。

I made a reservation for a lunch course here while traveling in Kobe with four friends. We arrived much earlier than our reservation time, but we were warmly welcomed.
The luxurious atmosphere made us a little nervous, but Chef Hinokami and his wife's friendly personalities and fun conversation completely eased our nerves.
We were all impressed by the deliciousness of the Kobe beef, which we were eating for the first time, grilled on the hot plate in front of us!
